How to add a magnet link
A magnet link is a compact link that points to content on a peer-to-peer network. Instead of downloading a .torrent file, you can paste the magnet link straight into Seedr and it will fetch the contents to your cloud storage.
Adding a magnet link
Copy the magnet link (it begins with magnet:?xt=...).
On your Seedr dashboard, paste it into the add box at the top.
Press Add. Seedr begins fetching immediately and shows the progress.
Uploading a .torrent file instead
If you have a .torrent file rather than a magnet link, use the upload option next to the add box and select the file from your device. Seedr reads it and fetches the same way.
If a link will not add
Make sure you copied the entire link - magnet links are long and easy to truncate.
Check you have enough free storage; a fetch will not start if the content is larger than your remaining space.
If the content has no active peers, there is nothing to fetch from - try a better-seeded source.
Only add content you have the right to access. Seedr is a transfer tool, and you are responsible for what you fetch.
